Rasa Kitchenware Lifetime Warranty and Buy Back Policy
Rasa Kitchenware offers a LIFETIME WARRANTY and LIFETIME BUY BACK VALUE on its Tri-ply series to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lifetime Warranty: From the date of purchase or delivery, Rasa Kitchenware warrants that any Tri-ply cookware item purchased from us or an authorized retailer will be free from defects in material, construction, or workmanship for the lifetime of the product under normal use.
- Coverage: This warranty includes the repair or replacement of defective products at no cost to our valued customers. If the item(s) you receive have manufacturing defects or are damaged, please contact our customer support team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assess the issue and provide a suitable resolution, which may include a refund, exchange, or repair.
- Registration: To be eligible for the lifetime warranty and buy back policy, customers must register their product on our website after purchase.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal wear and tear over time
- Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or neglect
- Handles and knobs, as these may break over time with continuous use
Note: Replacement handles and knobs can be purchased separately from our website, or you can opt for repairs for a nominal handling fee.
- Buy Back Policy: We value our customers and have introduced a buy back policy for damaged or mishandled products:
- Within the first 12 months of purchase: Receive 30% of your invoice value as credit
- After 12 months: Receive 15% of your invoice value as credit
These credit points will be valid for 365 days and can be used toward your next purchase. Customers are responsible for self-shipping the product to our office or a nearby authorized dealer.
